An intense month of March to recruit our future talent

The first few months of the year are always busy with recruitment / school relations events, and the Aluminium Dunkerque HR team mobilised extensively to represent the company.

In March, as part of our partnership with the Mission Locale des Rives de l’Aa and the Colme, we welcomed a group of women undergoing professional retraining to discuss our career opportunities, with a focus on the positions of operators, bridge operators, support professions and mechanics, as well as the salaries and training on offer.

Over the past few weeks, Aluminium Dunkerque has also been present at the Jeudi de l’Industrie in Grande-Synthe, at the forum découvertes des métiers in Bergues, and at the DUNEO Job Dating event to recruit our future work-study students.

April will close with DK Job, the largest employment forum in the Dunkirk area, where we receive between 500 and 800 CVs every year.
