In June 2026, Aluminium Dunkerque dedicated a week to Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT), with a number of initiatives focusing on health, wellbeing and prevention.
During the week, staff were able to take part in workshops on adapted physical activity, run in partnership with the DK PULSE charity, and explore the site’s new footpath, designed to encourage walking and daily physical activity.
Solidarity and preventative care were also at the forefront, with the organisation of a blood donation drive and a dermatological screening session, raising staff awareness of the importance of screening and monitoring their health.
Through these various initiatives, Aluminium Dunkerque is continuing its commitment to creating a working environment that is ever more conducive to the health, wellbeing and personal fulfilment of its staff.
